Hello and welcome to the final match of the 47th season of Scholastic Scrimmage.
I'm your host, David Graf.
This year's Scrimmage will look a bit different due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
PBS39 is following all CDC guidelines.
That includes pre match temperature checks, students wearing masks throughout the competition, and I'm socially distanced from the teams on set, and now on with the final that features Moravian Academy, who have made it to the final nine times in the school's history, winning it three times versus Emmaus high school who advanced to the final 12 times in their school's history, winning it eight times.
As a reminder, the match will feature two halves with lightning round mid-way through each half and at half-time we'll get to know the students a little bit better.
It's classic Scrimmage, requires rapid recall specific factual information, and it's not necessarily indicative of academic training.
