For patients suffering from the effects of Parkinson’s disease, specially made lightweight quilts provide much needed comfort. The Parkinson’s Comfort Project provides small quilts, light enough for patients to move with their weak muscles, but warm enough to take the chill off and provide a source of comfort. Make a monetary donation, or sew a small lightweight quilt to donate to this project.
