Tender Loving Care (TLC) Ministries is a nonprofit organization in its 25th year. Its mission is to clothe poverty-stricken children in the mountains of eastern Kentucky and other Appalachian areas. Director Carole Franceski, shares how you can participate in this worthy cause by sewing for both boys and girls. The project is targeted for children (both boys and girls) ages 4--10.
