Chad Daniels speaks about the support Mississippi has traditionally shown to military personnel. He and William “Bud” Kirkpatrick tell the story of “Shelby Sunday”, an event held at the Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg, MS that celebrated and honored soldiers who had been training at Camp Shelby, and were soon to depart for Vietnam.
