Every year in Belgium, the AOMDA Belgium holds Memorial Day Services to honor the American soldiers who died in World War 1 and 2 in and around Belgium. This year COVID19 has changed the ceremonies but the services are continuing. Jeff Smith sits down with Ambassador Gidwitz to discuss the changes for 2020.
