Jersey City is celebrating the success of the Saint Peter’s University men's basketball team in the NCAA tournament; their historic run brought them all the way to the Elite Eight round -- the only 15th seed to ever get that far in the competition. On Friday, the city held a parade for the team and Mayor Steven Fulop presented them with a key to the city.
