This session focuses on opening the hips and strengthening the shoulders.

This session uses a seated twisting forward bend (Janu Sirsasana Parivrtti) to open the hips and prepare for Dolphin (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana) a challenging shoulder pose. It ends with Happy Baby (Ananda Balasana) and Fish Pose (Matsyasana) before ending with Corpse pose (Savasana).
