Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship- My name is Matthew Kelley.
I'm 15 and I love to cook and bake and everything around there.
What started my love for cooking was definitely my aunt.
I would help her bake and cook when I was younger.
The first dish I remember cooking was a lemon bundt cake.
I love cooking and baking all because of that and her.
It really just is something that I enjoy and it's very calming.
I prepare everything very exact, so that way like during the cooking process I don't have to like continue to do stuff, and it really helps.
Getting to the final product after perfecting it over how ever long it takes, it's trial and error, and I definitely like redo it a bunch of times, see how I like it.
Even if others like it, I am very critical of myself, so I would redo it until it's up to my standards.
To someone who's intimidated by cooking, I would definitely say that it's not as scary as it seems.
And, if you follow the recipe and follow it very exact, then it won't be hard.
