Sorry, guys.
Hey, what do you say?
Are you ready to make.
Our show today?
Hey, we're gonna play.
Great.
Yes.
What's on our show today?
We got puppets.
We have people.
We have places.
We have fun.
We have stories.
We are busy.
We got games.
We got you.
Hey, take it away.
I'll see you for breakfast, okay.
Sorry.
Hey, who are you talking to?
Oh, I was talking to sibling.
That's my friend.
Yeah, he just finished the show.
I guess he had lost getting out.
Well, yeah the studio is right over there.
And then he was coming through.
But that's all right.
Yeah, well, how you doing, everybody?
It's great to see you here today.
We have got a great question today.
We were asked we usually start the show by asking a couple of questions to you.
We find out some fun facts about our viewers.
Today we asked you.
Is a ham Bulgaria sandwich?
Well, I yes, of course it is.
Right?
I would think so.
I'm not sure.
Because here's the thing.
If you ever said, oh, I'm going to go have a hamburger sandwich.
I don't know if I need to say that.
Have a I mean, like I said, hey, I' going to have a turkey sandwich.
I'm going to have a ham sandwich.
I never said, hey, I'm going to have a hamburger sandwich.
I say, I'm going to have a hamburger.
I think you said something.
Well, I think the hamburger is the nickname.
I don't know.
It's going to be interesting to see.
What people say.
Okay, the other question we asked you, this one's really controversial.
Is a hotdog a sandwich?
Well, sure.
What?
Wait.
Oh, well, it's.
You know, I like to eat it.
I prefer veggie dogs myself.
Well, I think technically the definition of a sandwich is something that is between two pieces of bread.
So.
Yeah, I mean, kinda, but.
That's what I'm saying.
But a bun is not bread.
And again, have you ever said I'm going to have a hotdog sandwich?
I had a sandwich to me.
I picture two hotdogs with something sandwiched in between them.
I'm wondering if you're getting too focused on the details, my friend.
I just how I yeah, that's what I think.
Okay, so let's see what everybody else.
Here we go.
Here's our fun fact for today.
We asked our viewers everyone watching.
Here's what you had said.
Let me sa well the results are okay 16%.
Our viewers who say that a hamburger is a sandwich.
Also say a hotdog is.
So what that tells me is that 84% of viewers who say a hamburger is a sandwich.
So I thought, is that, well.
That's, you know.
Okay.
Well, I gotta leave this one open for discussion.
Please feel free to discuss share your ideas with us at.
Hey.
And I shall TODAY.com because we can talk about this all day long.
Yeah, well we can't.
You know.
Why?
Because we have more fun things to do.
It's going to be a great show today.
Hi friends story here.
I just had a visit with the optometrist, which is another word for eye doctor.
And the optometrist told me that sometimes people need eyeglasses to help them see better.
For someone who wears glasses, things might look blurry or fuzzy when they don't have their glasses on.
But when they wear their glasses, it helps their eyes to see perfectly.
Some people wear sunglasses to help them see better.
When the sun is bright outside.
Don't look at the sun.
Some people wear glasse just because they like the way they look.
Glasses can be pretty helpful.
Do you know someone.
Who wears glasses?
My friend starting wears glasses.
Next day.
So what am I doing?
What's something that comes in a pair?
They say pair glasses.
It's really just one set of glasses.
Hey.
What?
Find it?
All kinds of problems here today.
Hot dogs?
Are they hot dogs?
Glasses?
Are they really a pair?
I guess you have a pair of lenses in your glasses.
Pair of pants?
That's another one.
It's one.
It's one thing.
You have two legs and one pair of pants.
Pair up.
I can't see pants.
Mittens?
Yes, mittens come in a pair.
I love you.
I'm going to be wearing my mitten soon.
Guys, come in a pair.
Yes.
Another good one.
Brown eagle.
I like the way you think.
All right.
Hey, friends, you know what?
We are going to play game.
Oh, contacts.
Now, contacts makes more sens than the glasses to me, right?
There's definitely two of those contacts.
We got a game.
It's called tug of words.
This one's one of my favorites.
I like the games where we're playing together as a team.
So right now, you'll notice on your face that the screen is either yellow or purple.
That's the team you're on.
Today we're looking for words that start with, oh, it's kind of tricky.
There's there's a lot of words that start with, oh but sometimes you.
Don't really.
Think of them that quick.
But you guys are doing great.
Oatmeal I had some oatmeal raisin cookies yesterday.
They were delicious.
Okay.
Why does it start with.
Oh, it looks pretty even so far.
Ostrich.
That's a good word.
That's a tough one too.
October.
October.
Just ended what I own.
I own.
Nothing.
Should I be sad about that?
Open.
Yes, it is open.
Hey, yellow, take it over here.
Onion, onions make me cry.
I don't know why I always get so sad.
Anytime I'm cutting an onion, I just feel bad about like, gas.
Oh, outside.
I love playing outside.
Yellow, yellow, I often purple.
You gotta get moving.
It looks lik yellow is taking over the board.
Old owl.
Those are both good ones.
Oil purple.
You're going great.
Where'd yellow go now?
Are you?
Are you letting purple catch up?
Are you being good sportsman?
I like that out.
Off.
All right.
Yellow's making a comeback.
Orangutan.
Wow.
That one should.
Be worth three points.
I can't assign points that way, though.
You just got one up.
Purple took you up on that one, too.
Maybe I shouldn't be giving away the answers.
Oh, it's getting close to the end.
Oh, well, yello off purple is making a comeback.
Or this one might be too clos to call up octopus for yellow.
Oh, it's bright yellow.
Yep.
Oh, if only purple had come up with only a little sooner, because at the officia end of the game, it was yellow.
Pretty close right now though.
Good game everybody.
I like when they're that close nicely.
Then.
I love.
Poms.
Hey friends.
Let's write a poem together.
I'm going to ask you to share with me some words, and I'm going to start the poem with a very simple sentence.
It will be if you have the time.
I thought we could.
And that's how we start our poem.
Where it goes.
It depends on, well, you.
We're going to come up with words that rhyme.
There are lots of different ways to write a poem, right?
This is one possibility.
I'm going to rhyme the words if you.
In fact, I'll invite you if you have the time.
Will you share some words to put into our poem today?
What's going to happen is the first.
Oh, there's our first word play.
So now the challenge is to write and think of words that rhyme with play.
So the first sentence, if you have the time I thought we could play.
Now play.
I like t go through the alphabet a, b, c, d f g h I j k l. Did I miss that?
I'm not sure.
Okay, but here are the words.
So I'm going to look at them a little moment here.
Say tray de way.
Ray Ray this my friend Ray okay I'm gonna I'm going to use Ray first.
Sometimes I should I really should think through a little bit.
But you know, with writin a poem, this is a rough draft.
This is the best poem today.
Because it's what we what we've done today.
And each day, if we work, you know, we, we keep writing our best stuff and slowly.
But you get the idea.
So let's get to the poem if you have the time.
I thought we could play.
I'd like to invite my goo friend Ray if you have the time.
Won't you please stay?
I like that that's got a good start.
Okay, Ray.
Oh there's so many good words here.
Stay away.
Tray x ray.
Ray all day.
Okay, I'm gonna use the word day next from the top if you have the time.
I thought we could play.
I thought I would invite my friend Ray.
If you're not busy, please stay all day.
Maybe we should.
Okay.
Maybe we should make this, like, a four line poem, right?
That could be our structure today.
Okay, let's wrap it up with four lines.
Which word should we choose to end with?
Say, wait a clue, May.
Oh, hey, it might be kind of fun.
Oh, I. Okay, let's try this out if you have the time.
I thought we could play.
I decided to invite my good friend Ray.
We decided to spend the entire day, and at the end we said, hey, hey.
What do you think?
That's not.
I think this is a good rough draft.
We could consider more words here to say, wait, we may say, yeah.
Yeah, so I think let me let me read it one more time.
As we wrap up our first draft of this poem.
If you have the time.
I thought we could play.
I decided to invite my friend Ray.
We could have.
If you hav the time, please stay all day.
And then we could say.
Hey.
Hey, see you next time, friends.
Yes.
Believe it or don't just read.
This is your Sunday.
Today's idiom is also a superstition, so I guess it's a super idiom.
You've probably hear someone say, keep your fingers crossed or fingers crossed, right?
My mom's always been a big finger crosser.
If I was up to bat at a baseball game, she'd be sitting ther waving her cross your fingers.
It didn't really help me hit the ball.
No, that's my experience with finger crossing.
Anyway.
Maybe it's worked for you as it actually.
What's interesting about Keep Your Fingers Crossed is it originally started because people, when they would make a wish or something, they would cross their fingers back in the day when it originated, you would need two people.
So one person would make a wish.
They would hold their index finger or their pointer finger up, and the other person would cros their index finger with yours.
The two of you together would be making a wish.
So one person would make a wish and the other person would put emphasize upon your wish, give you good vibes and go, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay we're going to make it happen.
So you would have an assistant helping you make a wish, but then at some point, somebody decided to eliminate the middle man, ruled that you can just cross your own two fingers, your pointer finger and your middle finger, probably because they were at a baseball game alone.
Now people just say, fingers crossed, don't even cross their fingers.
I think that's a mistake.
It seems to me that most people would think that it was a lot more fun to cross your fingers with a friend.
Not me personally, but most people might be fun, but I think my wish would be more likely to come true if there was another person in the world.
So that's why I think you need to people.
Maybe we can bring back the practice of crossing the fingers with someone else to help.
When making a wish.
That' how we got the fingers crossed.
Believe it or don't just go to the.
Yeah, believe it, I don't.
That sounds believable to me, I'd say.
Yeah.
Fingers crossed.
Yeah.
Have you ever said that Abby Cross your fingers.
Have you ever.
Seen Jesus Christ?
Yeah.
No I'm still learning about this.
This, you know, this is kind of a thing.
Common.
More common on Earth.
But I did hear about it recently.
Yeah.
Okay, well, let' see what everybody else thought.
If they believe that.
If they did not.
No one knew.
Oh, it's pretty split.
I think that's right in the middle.
Yeah, it is pretty much pretty much right down the middle.
Just a little bit George Green.
Oh, it is when most people I believe in it.
We got 60%.
I'm believing it 40%.
Not so sure.
Well.
I believe it.
Okay.
This game is pretty fun.
It's pretty easy.
It's called what color is it?
Here's how they play.
We give you an object and then you have to guess what color you think it's gonna be.
So today we have a frog.
What color is it?
Now, I know a lot of times frogs, they usually like what green.
I think so.
I've seen a pink frog before.
But there's all kinds of frogs.
Oh, yes.
Not.
I think there's all kinds of things.
So who knows what color it could be.
Here's what people I guessing most people.
I guess in blue.
I have never seen a blue frog.
You haven't now, have you?
Yeah, lots of them.
You've seen a blue frog before?
Well, there I notice here, in the Midwest, they're not as common but in other parts of the world.
Yeah All right, well, let's find out.
That was red, a red frog.
Did anybody.
Say red?
Oh, no.
No, no.
I don't know either.
I don't remember I don't thin we had any reds, though.
Blue.
That's what pretty.
Go on.
All right.
Oh, red frog.
Was my favorite.
Yeah I would like to see a blue frog.
Oh, it's time for juice.
Oh, boy, I love one.
This game.
We never know what's comin next.
It's up to you right now.
You have to vote.
Are we going to go to door number one.
Door number two, door number three.
Right.
I've noticed you.
You always get this right?
Not always, but sometimes I'm pretty sure I go, do I?
Then I go with one.
I'm feeling red.
All right.
I'm going to say three today.
Okay?
I'm feeling three.
Three does.
Is it?
Oh.
Wow.
Look at that.
Both of us got her.
Yeah.
Wow.
That's nuts.
That is nuts.
Do you want some?
Yeah.
Thanks.
I. Got.
Yeah.
That was not so good.
Honey roasted.
So I've been wondering, is this, like, a popular show and run time here?
Empty cups?
Yeah.
It's a, they call it a cereal, It's on.
It's on regularly.
It's fun when we get to watch it here, though.
That was just a clip from the show.
It's a great show We drink a lot.
It's pretty fun.
Okay, so hey, it's time for another game.
We call this one the Memory game.
Okay?
I can't.
Remember why.
Oh, maybe they do remember.
We'r going to show you some things, and then you have to try to remember as many of them as you can.
So take a good look.
Are you ready?
Can go by fast.
There's something I want a. Come closer.
To see how many you can remember.
Oh, I see a theme.
I see a theme.
Oh, wait.
There were two different kinds of vehicles, I think.
So they all have wheels now what?
Yeah, I guess the boat doesn't need a helicopter now.
All right, take a look.
I think she promised that time slot could.
Be on top three and bottom four in the middle.
Okay, now, how many of these can we remember, Car.
Right.
And again, we got a car.
How?
Make the sound effects.
Okay, mom, I like scooter.
What's your sound effect for a scooter?
What's up?
Doop doop doop doop doop.
Back.
That's the song.
I hear it on a scooter.
Oh, oh, bike, bike.
Ding ding.
That's the bell.
Oh, yeah, I think.
Oh, the boat.
Hum.
Taking rough drafts on these.
Oh, unicycle.
Here's the sound of a unicycle.
Did you hear it?
Yeah.
It's kind of like the sound of one hand clapping, right?
I get it.
One wheels.
Spinning hand.
Yeah.
Okay.
I do remember.
Oh.
An airplane?
Yep.
Here's my airplane.
Oh, hey, remember the vehicle?
That head.
There's a thin that spins on the top.
It goes.
That's the sound effect for one of them.
Oh, yeah.
That was the one that had no wheels.
Yep.
Oh.
Bus.
Yeah.
The people on the bus go up and down.
Up.
And there it is.
There's the helicopter.
That was the one.
I can't.
Miss him.
We're still mistletoe, Oh, wait.
Truck.
Somebody came up with the chair.
That's a good one.
Okay, here's the sound effect for truck.
No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no.
I can you drive by the truck and you go.
Hey wave.
You wave.
You get your.
Oh yeah.
Oh oh there's the last one.

Hey, nice job everybody.
We got it in record.
Yeah, yeah.
Nice job with the memory game.
Yeah, I'm gonna write those things down.
Are you game?
Looking live in a limb to bring you breaking news wherever you can find it.
Rove is your squirrel on the street.
Excuse me.
Excuse me, pardon me, excuse me.

It's boring stuff.
What?
It's my spaghetti.
Oh, I'm not a grown up.
How old are you?
I don't know how old do I look?
Caffeine.
Caffeine?
Yes.
Lots of caffeine for the grown ups.
Salad.
Salad?
Yeah.
You don't see kids eating salad right now.
All right, if you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A burger?
It's not because I love you.
You say you like it that much.
You can eat it every day.
Can't be a sweet treat.
So spaghetti.
Spaghetti.
Wait a minute.
You were just making bad.
Had spaghetti a minute ago.
Now you like it.
You can eat it every day.
No, I. Know, but my dream rest of your.
Life.
Yeah.
My grandma makes really good spaghetti.

Tofu.
Tofu?
Tofu.
You've been tofu, man.
I don't I've never tried tofu, so I want to try it.
Oh, well maybe you should try it before you commit to it for the rest of your life.
How do you like tofu?
Right.
Yeah, I do, it's a lot of it.
Depends on how it's prepared, is what I've learned.
Yeah.
Hey, hey, hey, Rover.

You got me thinking about Grandma Lumbers casserole, do you.
Did you ever get the recipe for that?
I know, I've never even tried it.
Is it a good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
If you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Would it be grandma?
Lumberjack casserole?
I think I might g for the healthy, squishy bread.
I'd be healthy.
Yeah.
And watermelon.
Peanut butter?
Yeah, that's a good one.

Yeah.
Oh, banana.
Bananas.
Yeah.
I think bananas would be good to, tortillas.
I like that word.
I like tortillas from the same taco salad.
Taco salad?
That's a little bit of everything I like.
I don't know how economies are good and good for you.
Day.
That was saying in my tortilla song.
I don't know that one, bu maybe you could teach it to me later, right?
Oh, it's time to play to find it.
There's.
Here's how we play the game.
You got two minutes.
You gotta find some things really fast.
It's two minutes is not long.
Okay, I'll say.
Find something that starts with the letter.
W. Something with stripes.
And something soft.
Okay, go.
All right.
W I'm starting with W. First.
Yeah.
Okay, I got it.
I got i this year.
It's kind of heavy.
I gotta do, this water.
I got water in this bottle here.
Yeah there's some water that might.
Be something to have every day.
Yeah.
I love water.
Okay, I gotta set this down.
Oh.
That's heavy.
Oh, I found some wires.
I just dropped them down.
Okay.
Where did they go?
I found these wires.
They.
Stop.
Stop me.
You okay?
So you tell me you and I something.
Chappy.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey, Sam.
I split the instructions and I was trying to remember it.
It was fun.
Thanks.
Now I can see something with stripes.
Okay, stripes.
Okay, I'm gonna go over here.
I found some information.
I found baby bumblebee.
Baby Bumblebee, what are you doing?
Yeah.
I'm okay hanging out.
What's not nice?
It's almost like we're playing hide and seek.
We're playing.
I found.
You other.
Nice.
Okay, I found this.
This is some paper work that I found that has some stripes on it.
Oh, yeah.
That's good.
Yeah.
Do you see the stripes?
I do, baby Bumblebee.
I'm okay.
Let me go.
Put this over here.
Okay.
Stripes w okay, we got some more things.
Okay.
Oh, man.
One stripe count, baby.
Bumblebee only has one stripe.
Yeah, that's okay.
That's a stripe.
Yeah, but I think it's had stripes with us at work.
How and what else?
We need to spin around real fast and shop.
See more stripes.
Oh, soft.
Yeah.
I gotta find something soft.
That is.
So let's see.
I'm gonna go with you for soft tail, baby Bumblebee.
I have a soft heart.
Something.
So are you doing a soft?
Hard.
Okay, dad.
I got it.
I got a purple lizard.
Found a window that starts with a sky that's stripy and a blanket.
Oh, that's so soft.
I found some yarn pillow.
Okay, I got some time.
I ran some yarn.
I found it down here.
Watch this.
Yeah, that's soft by yarn.
Who are you making?
Something?
I think, who left that there?
Did you leave?
That's it.
Oh.
That's box.
Nice.
Junior.
Oh, is he knitting something?
What's he making?
I think it's coming up for.
I'm not sure.
What was it?
What?
Can't you I don't know he doesn't have microphone on.
Oh, but that's goo because you're not on the show, so good job.
Just take I'm time.
