- Hi, my name's Zia and this is my friend Albie.

My name is Dan and this chorus is called the Philadelphia Voices of Pride.
(group shouts) A chorus is a group of people who get together to sing.
- We were singing with our friends today.
Each person has a different part to sing.
- And I may be saying all of the parts, not just mine.
Do you sing all the parts too?
- Our chorus is made up of four different groups.
Sopranos, altos, tenors, and basses.
Sometimes each group sings by themselves and other times we sing together.
First the sopranos sing.
