Frenchman Camille Saint-Saens composed "The Carnival of the Animals" in 1886, and it has been a long-cherished work for children and families ever since. The Palm Beach Symphony's unique adaptation, THE CARNIVAL OF MORE ANIMALS, incorporates over a dozen animals native to Florida.
