Emily Ann Roberts, who had been singing in middle school and high school talent contests, at local restaurants, and on WDVX radio when someone at NBC’s The Voice discovered a video that Emily Ann had posted on YouTube. They invited her to audition and she ultimately finished second in season nine of The Voice in 2015 at age 17. Since then, she has focused on performing and and songwriting.
