Up to three inches of rain expected on Tuesday
Up to three inches of rain is expected to fall Tuesday throughout New Jersey and all 21 counties are under a flood watch, according to the National Weather Service, with the risk of flash flooding lingering well into the evening for central and South Jersey. Forecasters say flooding is most likely in urban areas and areas with poor drainage.
