From restaurant kitchens to running farms, we celebrate women in ag.
This episode is all about women in AG. We’ll head to one of the hottest spots in Spokane, The Blackbird, to put a fun twist on the classic caprese salad, and then we will whip up the restaurant’s most popular chicken dish. Then, we’re off to the International District in Seattle to try some local cuisine and chat with a restaurateur about Washington ingredients in ethnic cooking.
