Are you ready to.
Make our show today.
Hey.
Great.
Here's what's on our show today.
We have puppets.
We have people.
We have places.
We have fun.
We have.
Sorry.
We are busy.
We got games.
We got you.
Hey!
Take it away.
Hey, friends.
Hey!
Hey.
How are you doing?
Oh, man, I'm so great.
And I just wanted to say, Rover.
Yeah.
I'm really grateful that we're friends.
I have to.
Hey.
And then thank God that our friends are here to play with us today.
Yeah.
You know, we always start the show by asking you a question, a couple of questions, actually, because, you know, we like to get to know each other.
Find out a little bi about each other.
Right.
Yeah.
So the first question we have today is is it tomato or fruit.
Oh yeah.
I think according.
Well where I come from it's neither.
But, that's a whole nother question.
But I'm gonna go with.
I'll go with.
Yes.
You know, it actually is a fruit, because technically, it's a fruit.
The way that it grows.
But we actually use it like a vegetable.
So a lot of times it's classified as a vegetable by.
So it's really kind of, a fruit that lives as life as a vegetable.
All right.
But you know it's up.
So that's the thing.
There's no right or wrong answer there.
That one.
And here's the other thing we asked.
What's your favorite time of day.
We said is it morning, afternoon evening or night.
Oh could I just choose, the current time of day.
Cause it's always best to be, like, in the moment.
Yeah.
No, that is really good, you know?
Well, I like mornings because that's when we get to play with each other and play with our friends.
Right.
Well, I went morning.
All right, but here's the thing.
We're gonna find out what our friends thought.
So we asked the same questions about friends playing on the flight home interface.
Here's our our viewers today.
Fun fact.
Here's what we found out about each other.
62% of viewers wh consider a tomato to be a fruit say that the mornin is their favorite time of day.
Oh yeah.
Right.
I like that.
I'm in agreement.
Okay.
I say, yeah, sure.
It is a fruit, technically.
And yeah, I like the morning.
So I'm with you on that one.
I'm okay.
Well, thank you for sharing.
This is really good.
Guess what?
It's time for my game.
Is it time for your game?
Yes.
Yes.
I can't wait to play.
Ray, I noticed you made the game really tricky today.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yes.
We need six words.
Six letters.
Six letters in a word is a lot.
All right so you'll notice on your screen that you're out of your team.
If your screen turned red, you're on team red.
If your screen turned green, you're on Team Green.
No.
You're right.
Stop.
Yeah.
We're laughing.
Rolling.
Come on, everybody else.
I'll give you some ideas.
The word number n u m b e r. And number one is the name o. What's the number?
Oh, man We're letting yellow get away.
Great, great.
Yes.
I'm really sorry.
Go go go!
Green.
There's number.
Thank you.
Friend.
Okay, that's real great.
Oh, green friend is off.
That's six letters.
This is the brave one.
Yeah.
Okay, let me think of some other.
Oh.
Return.
We try returning to our life.
Game of race.
Long race without the word yellow, which I like.
I see.
People.
I'll give you another clue.
People p e o p. Oh, there it is.
Thanks, green.
Oh, man.
Oh, yellow.
They both went for it.
I see how they're playing.
Yeah, we're it's it's fair though.
I gave it to everybody.
How many letters are in squirrel s?
Who are you?
Too many.
This q u I r r r e l l is that?
Is that how you spell squirrel?
No.
Oh.
Next up.
There's too many letters.
We should think of more.
Oh, we should, should, we should.
Yeah.
Oh, they caught on quickly, I guess.
Yeah.
We figure.
Oh.
Thank you.
U r e if you don't put the letter S at the end, I just have one below.
Good job.
I think we've got a winner.
Game's over.
Yep.
The music stopped.
That means the game is over.
Yellow wings.
Oh, please.
Please, can we please please let me try one more time?
Nope.
Yellow.
Want it now?
Good job everybody.
Thanks for playing.
That was great.
Neighbor two doors down.
Why don't you come around?
Hello?
I'm here with my neighbor.
He sat.
Hi.
Did I say your name right?
Yes.
You did.
Oh, I'm so glad I said I wanted to.
I wanted to know what you do in soccer because, I heard you're doing something super cool.
Yes.
I'm a farm manager and educator at the Sustainable Agriculture Project at Grand Valley State University.
A farm manager.
What's that?
I, tend to the earth and grow lots of food for people in our community.
Oh, a farmer.
Do you grow something here?
I don't grow anything here.
We're actually in the woods right now.
Oh, right.
Okay.
Why are we in the woods?
We're in the woods because we're surrounded by these poor pot trees.
Hop hop hop hop hop hop hop hop is a fruit that grows on these trees.
I have never heard of Pawpaws.
Tell me more.
The Pawpaws.
They are a native fruit in Michigan, and they kind of taste like a banana crossed with a mango, right?
Okay.
And tell me more.
What?
How does it look like?
This is what the papaya looks like.
Oh, wow.
It looks like a mango.
And it comes in all different shapes and sizes from the small round ones to the long, the long dated ones.
Why does it grow?
Do you see?
Yes it is.
How they grow in these trees right here.
And so these are what the leaves look like.
And we are at the northern range of the pop art trees.
Wow.
So they don't really grow further north than this.
Are you serious?
And how down does it go?
Like in the United States?
They grow all the way down into Alabama and Mississippi.
Georgia?
What do you think the people the original nations should make here?
Do they?
Do they know the food?
And do they eat it?
Absolutely.
They know this fruit and think it.
Oh, wow.
Can I taste it at the right?
Is it green?
Is it yellow?
What color is it?
This one is ripe and ready to eat so we can, crack it open and you can taste it.
So this is what the inside looks like.
Wow.
So I'll scoop it out.
And then.
Do you want to have the first bite?
Oh, yeah.
Please.
Notice that there are seeds in there too.
So you'll have to spit the seeds out.
No you can't eat the seeds but you can save the and then grow another property.
Oh my goodness.
This transformation you know it reminds me of a food from having fell to me okay.
It's called sucker punch.
Oh really?
Yeah.
I always thought it tasted like zapatos.
You're steely.
You know, it's so good.
It's really amazing.
I had nothing.
I did not know this girl from Michigan.
In fact, thank you so much for this.
This is a beautiful, beautiful explore.
You're my neighbor.
Two doors down to come around.
That was nice.
And.
And Lucy Lucina, tell us all about the papa.
I never heard of the papa that you, I grew to love anybody once, but I never really knew many details, so I don't want to try one.
Yeah, I guess that they don't grow very long.
So that's the thing.
If you don't get one right off the tree, chances are you're not going to get one.
So anytime I go and see a papa tree doesn't have any papa on it.
Oh, you had to be quick.
All right.
So we asked our friends, hey, have you ever tried to pop before?
I'm curiou to find out if they did or not.
Now look at nobody.
Nobody again, I think that very rare that it's.
It's the hard to come by.
So, yeah, we're gonna hav to work on that for next season.
They're gone already.
They're already gone.
That was you've got like a three week window and we missed it.
So.
But hey, there's, is there a city in Michigan I think was the name Papa?
I believe that there is.
And I believe it is named after the Papa.
That's awesome.
Fun fact.
It's not my choose.
Oh, friends, here' how you play the game.
Oh, yeah.
Right now you have to choose door number one, door number two, door number three.
And then after we get your answer, we find out what we're doing next, because it's all up to you.
We don't even know it's a mystery.
Although I've got to say, Ray is usually really good.
Neither one of us got it last week.
But, Ray, you're usually really good at this.
Choose a door watch.
Where do you get the last time?
I want to say I'll go in the middle today?
Two.
Okay.
Two I want to say one.
Okay.
So up to good time.
Now let's see what our friend said at home.
Two I guess I get it, I get it, I got it right.
Oh, you.
Are you okay?
I'm telling you.
Just say oh, I can't go.
Oh, okay.
All right.
But who made our film?
I'm clock right now.
That was a good that was a good, quiet game.
I thought, wow, we were really being quiet.
I noticed you struggle with that, right?
But you did a really good job.
Hey.
Squeaked a little bit.
Yeah, yeah.
All right.
Brad Oliphant set the alarm clock off.
Let the game out.
Okay.
Good game everybody.
Yeah.
I'm good.
Someone help me!
Otherwise we'd be playing that game forever.
We would.
Hey, hey, let's watch some old TV.
What do you say, I love it.
We do.
From the Wvue television archives.
It's our show yesterday.
Max.
Max, where are you?
I'm right down here.
Fine.
What?
What in the world?
Hey.
How are you doing?
What ar you doing with all these books?
Isn't it great?
I got them at the library.
But, Max, they.
I got my very own library card, and they told me I could check out as many books as I want for free.
Oh, no, don't tell me.
So you check them all out?
Yep.
Every book.
They had.
But Max, at the library you can check out as many books as you want, but you don't hav to check them all out at once.
Bring them back here.
Right back here?
Yep.
Back further.
Further.
You might want to back up them.
Right back here.
Yep.
Oh.
Sorry.
I don't suppose we have any books here about gravity.
Wow.
I hope he's okay.
That looked like it hurt.
Yeah.
Gravity is serious business.
Do you think that was like a stunt book?
I hope that was okay.
I'm a little worried right now.
Although, you know what?
I think?
I know they made more episodes after that so I'm going to say that he was.
Okay.
So on television does have a, way about how to produce things, thankfully.
Yeah.
Yeah, we know all about that, right, Ray?
Yeah, yeah.
You're safe in that rocket ship of yours.
I know that for sure.
You look safe anyway.
Yeah, I never se a flying around, which is good.
You got the gravity thing down.
Yeah, yeah.
All right.
Go right.
Hey, you know what?
We should play another game.
This one's called tug of war.
I love.
Oh, it's another team game where we work together.
I love those.
Okay, so right now you've been split into a team in the yellow, team purple.
And right now you need to come up with as many ways as you can think of that stuff with the letter D, look at him go.
Don't.
That's got a good lead.
Okay.
Don't.
That might be my favorite p word I love donuts.
Do you love donuts?
Yeah.
Do you love to draw.
Yeah.
I don't get d for these questions.
Yeah.
But yeah.
Oh dear.
That's a different type of gear.
I think grammatically speaking.
I think you're right.
But, you know, sometimes you can train all the fun out of these games.
Oh.
Oh, hey, Mr.
Train, did you have.
Was that the word dragon?
I'm assuming I get al the things there.
Right there.
There's someone.
Oh, yeah.
Rob dice you got to get one letter.
One.
One word that you've been looking for all the time.
I was having some drama.
Yeah, he was talking about the drama on.
Is it going to be the right deer this time?
Yeah.
Oh, doctor.
Du du du du du du du du du du du du du du du du purple.
You really got the lead there, I'm afraid.
The yellow.
Really.
You got to get cracking with these d words over here.
Oh, I love this here.
I love, love to dance and, to dance, dance dance dance dance dance dance dance.
Whoa, whoa.
Oh, yeah.
All right.
Yellow's making a comeback.
Let's go.
Yellow fired by the.
I know you can do it.
Oh, dessert.
Dessert and dessert.
Name two.
Danger, danger.
Role they.
Danger, my friend.
Squirrel.
Danger.
Oh.
I think we're coming up to the end of the game here.
Yellow.
You gotta get quick one days.
We have lots of days.
To dance, dance, dance, dance, dance dance dance dance I wish you connection lyrics I'm getting ready to call it.
It looks like yellow.
Trying to make you come back and I'm gonna dance.
The game is all that purple.
Just slightly has the lead.
That was a good game way.
Everybody gets very close, I need those.
I don't think that's yours.
Nothing's.
Gay Yelling are you doing?
Hi, Rover.
Welcome to Kingdoms market.
Thanks.
Thanks for having us I appreciate it.

I'm looking around.
I can't believe all the things you have here.
How many products do you have on your shelves?
Do you know?
Oh my gosh.

We've got a lot of good people that help out each and every day.
Wow.
Well, I'm excite to take a look around the store.
I see what you that.
Yeah.
Well, this is kind o the star of the show for King.
This market.
We're super blessed to hav some great local relationship.
And our artisan butchers do an amazing job of creating a lot of unique, local and appetizing items.
One of the ones that's new for us this year i we actually marinate overnight five different varieties of fresh chicken breast, and we grill it for you, so we make it super easy for meal planning.
I like that.
Welcome to the coffee aisle.
Kind of a fun departmen for us here at King Mass Market.
We have lots of amazing local manufacturers of coffee here that we show showcased on our shelves.
You would like to get some for my friends.
Well, I'm happy to help.
000.
So, Allen, with 20,000 products trucks coming in here all the time we do.
And lots of local trucks.
This was the produce cooler that you see behind us here.
And, you can see we've got orchard bins where we're still getting fresh Michigan apples and cold storage, but also fresh fruits and vegetables.
Five day a week here at Christmas Market.
Hey, where's my.
So, Allen, how many employees do you have in your store?
We've got over 80 employee that work for us here at Kenwood Market.
Wow.
And we've got lots of different departments.
You have to have people who work in each one, right?
We sure do.
We've got a lot of folks that are specialists, whether they're sandwich makers or grillers or fresh produce stockers.
We've got lots of great people and of course cashiers to check you out at the end.
Allen, thank you so much for showing us around today.
Well, it was my pleasure.
It was so great having you guys hopefully had fun here at Kingman.
Yeah, I love your store.
It's so impressive.
There's just so many things to choose from.
I don't know how I'll ever make a choice.
I'm coming back for bananas next week.
Hahaha.
Well, you're more than welcome.
Thanks again for coming out.
Yeah thank you.
And remember by local.
Hey, wait did you ever get those bananas?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah, I I've, I've been back many times.
And you like bananas.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well we have them.
What's your favorite section of the grocery store?
I'm guessing you might say the produce section, right.
Yeah.
Specifically bananas.
But.
Yeah, but you should make general term.
Yeah.
Like the magazines.
It's fun to get something to read their fruit.
Fruit?
Black squirrel.
Yeah.
You're always the squirrel in my heart.
Oh, purple out against his produce produces a popular section.
Yeah.
Ice cream.
Yeah.
Taylor Abbott.
That's a good one, too.
Yeah.
Chips?
Yeah.
Mouses.
Chips.
Yeah.
Hey, remember the coffe that was from my grandparents, Did your grandparents like it?
Yeah.
Oh, well.
That's it.
Did you, did you have to, like, fly back to get it to them?
I sent a space mail.
Oh, yeah.
That's not a bet.
That's expensive though, Well, I have a frequent traveler disc discount.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, well, yeah, we got another game.
We got to play more times for the soundtrack.
Yeah.
Sam' really good at producing things.
All right, here's another game.
It's called.
What is it?
All right, here's how we play the game.
We make a shadow on the wall.
And you have to tell us what is it?
It's kind of hard to guess.
So I think there's a bag of potato chips that has some holes in it.
Oh, that could be maybe that person who said that they love that chip.
I'll.
I'll quote it could be code.
What that that's like mayb it is a black one with a button.
You get those not holes in it.
Right.
And they just pop right out.
Pop pop pop pop.
Oh.
Swiss cheese.
See that?
Hey, wait a minute.
What?
It is Swiss cheese.
Yes, it is my jam.
Wow, that was tricky, but they got it.
Oh, my watch.
You got that one.
I think that's the record.
That's a record for that one.
Yeah, that was record quick.
Good job.
Tail mouse.
Very observant.
Oh again we had two people with the radiator.
Purple.
Oh yeah.
Purple lion.
Oh what do you got it.
Nice jo everybody I'm really impressed.
Yeah, yeah.
Hey, time for a joke.
This just in.
What do you call a piece of wood with nothing to do more?
I don't get it.
I, I get it to a piece of wood with nothing to do.
Is bored.
He's bored.
Yeah.
That's funny.
Yeah.
Maybe six.
Delivery.
That's the thing.
Sometimes the delivery of a joke is right.
It's all about right.
You can tell a joke.
It's not even that good of a joke.
But if you deliver it, just the right.
Oh, hey, what do you call a bored squirrel?
I don't know what a squirrel who's bored.
Hahahahahahahaha.
I don't get it.
What's the rule?
I thought it was funny.
It's time for a quick quest.
Here's the deal.
We give you some tasks to complete within two minutes time.
Today, we want you to go into your kitchen and find something that would make a good snack.
Banana.
Then tell us in the Plano minute face what it is.
I'm curious to see what you will find.
Then sit back down and eat it.
Yum!
Hey, remember, it's nice to share so I have to go get it right now.
Yeah, go to the kitchen.
British snack.
Which way did they?
They renovated.
I think it's this way.
Yes, this is my kitchen.
I need something to do.
I didn't even go down some.
Yeah, okay.
Where's that?
Yummy.
That's an apple.
Oh, toast.
Yeah.
Toast is great in the morning.
I love me some toast.
Some cheese.
Here we are happy about that.
Okay, okay.
I got kreplach cheese and crackers.
Wow.
That's horrible.
How'd you do?
Right.
Well, it turns out I ate all the bananas.
The other day, but I found some kiwi purple.
I found a cookie.
You found kiwi?
I found a cookie toe.
Wait.
Yeah.
Are you looking for more now?
It's a really big cookie.
I'm having a hard time left.
It's bigger than I am.
What?
Oh, just who made this cookie, I not sure.
Oh, man.
Go back and check it behind.
Remember when you hurt your back with the brownie?
Yeah.
That was top.
Oh.
Oh, I'm so good.
Yeah.
Now I got a chocolate chip cookie down here.
But it's bigger than me.
I can't get it on the tree.
That's great.
It's okay to say, hey, friends, it.
Is.
Anyone in there with you?
I could just yeah, can just have a bite at a time.
That's okay.
Hey, cereal?
Yes.
Oh, yes.
Another good morning.
Snack cereal?
Yeah.
I got a chocolate chip cookie.
I wonder what kind of friend I. One of my friends found a cookie.
I wonder what kind i was.
Mine's chocolate chip.
Oh.
It's delicious.
Do you like chocolate chip cookies?
Yeah, I really like banana chip cookies.
But the chocolate chip cookies are good too.
I have never tried a banana chip cookie.
Do take, like, those dried bananas and then put them in.
It's chips.
Break them up now.
How does it work now, You put bananas, you have a cookie.
Okay, okay.
Like just in a cookie.
Like any particular cookie?
Well, obviously not any cookie, but I'm just curious, because now you're making it sound like you're just smushing a banana out of cooking and eating it.
Is that what you're doing?
Well, that's kind of the idea but it goes a little more to it.
I could try that.
Could get this chocolate chip cookie if I smoosh it.
But do you have banana?
I'll send one space meal.
Oh, okay.
That's great, because I don't have any bananas.
Yeah, I just got the cookie on it.
It could be like those peanut butter cups.
Right?
You go.
You put your chocolate in my peanut butter.
You put my peanut butter My chocolate.
Wow.
That's great.
But now instead we say, oh, you put your banana, my cookie in that we've got a new thing.
Smushed banana chocolate chip cookies.
I don't know what you're saying, but it sounds so fun.
I think I had this, I think no smushe banana chocolate chip cookies.
I could sell that chocolate chip cookies.
Hey, friends we're so glad that you are here with us playing today.
If you had fun, come back next week, telephoned and please.
Oh, we're glad you're here helping us make the shell play games.
Have fun.
We can't do it without you.
That's why we call i our show.
Today.
It's our show.
And today you helped us make it so.
Thank you so much.
Have a great week, everybody.
Hey.
Right.
Yeah.
Okay.
So you take your bananas.
Yeah I've got my chocolate chip cookie okay.
We put them together.
Yeah.
Chop chop chop chop.
You smush them together, you eat them.
I'm telling you, it's $1 million idea.
What are we gonna.
