When Olympia, Otis, and Oona go back to 1983 to see Agent Oprah pass the test to become Ms. O, they accidentally change something that alters time. Unknowingly returning to the present, they discover that Ms. O never became Ms. O, and that villain Odd Todd rules Odd Squad! With Odd Todd out to foil their plans to fix the past, the agents must figure out what they messed up in the past, and quick!
