Portland native Chris Herring, inspired by a visit to the Fete du Lumiere in Lyon France, began Portland's own light festival three years ago that include Illuminated art, lantern parades and illuminated bike rides. Meet wood sculptor Jason Waldron who found a medium he was meant to work in closer to home - ice! And enjoy the Lan Su Chinese Garden during the Chinese New Year celebrations.
