What am I doing?

I was just about to build my favorite musical instrument for the concert.

KIDS: Horn!

♪ ♪ (laughs) Oh, great dancing, Dog.

You sure can move to the beat.

You know, you have great rhythm.

Toady's concert is going to be awesome.

What's your favorite part, Dog?

(stomps rhythmically) Right, the dancing, of course.

(whimpers inquisitively) Me?

Oh, well, my favorite part's the end of the concert where we all get to play our instruments together.

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

What instrument are you going to play, Dog?

NARRATOR: It was then that Dog realized he didn't have a musical instrument to play.

Aw, well, why don't you try playing my horn?

Just blow in here and the horn will make music.

NARRATOR: So Dog took a deep breath and blew into the horn as hard as he could.

(plays off-key) (sour notes continue) (continues playing off-key) (panting) (whimpering) Well, maybe you're right, Dog.

The horn might not be the best instrument for you.

There are lots of musical instruments though.

Let's see if Sheep can help us.

NARRATOR: So Bear and Dog went off to Sheep's hay where they found Sheep getting ready for the concert as only Sheep would.

Sheep!

Oh, Sheep!

Uh, uh, you mean, uh... (louder): Rock star Sheep!

Are you ready to rock?!

(normal tone): Uh, well, I mean, uh, that is, uh, if you'd like to, uh, um, rock.

Oh, well, actually Dog and I are trying to find a musical instrument that he can play at the concert today.

Oh, well, I was just about to build my, uh, my guitar.

Okay.

KIDS: Guitar!

Wow!

That's a cool guitar, Sheep.

What kind of songs do you play?

W-well, rock and roll stuff with a good rhythm.

(barks and stomps rhythmically) (strums notes) (laughs) Oh!

That was incredible, Sheep.

Dog, that was totally cool the way you, uh, kept the rhythm.

Hey... (whispering) Oh... (clears throat) Attention, everyone.

There's been a special request.

We need Dog to come up here on stage.

(barks happily) Dog, you have such great rhythm, so I figured out the perfect instrument for you to play.

(barks inquisitively) A drum, Dog!

We need to build you a drum!

(barking happily) (giggles): It's time to... ALL: Build a word!

The moon's not up yet.

(giggling): Oh.

Dog and I love to watch Pig make the Moonlight Feast.

(barks) You got that right, Dog.

We like to eat it even more.

Oh.

Oh, oh, dear.

(panting) Hiya, Ant.

Where's Pig?

That's what I'd like to know.

He should be making the food for the feast tonight.

Pig!

It's time to start cooking!

(Pig sneezes) (moans and sniffles) (sighs) Here I am!

(sighs) Um, are you okay?

Oh, uh, I'm fine.

(sneezes) (screams) (groans) Um, are you sure?

Maybe you should take a nap.

Well, then who would make the food for the Moonlight Feast?

Corn on the cob, sweet potato pie, and everyone's favorite my fabulous pineapple upside cake.

(gasps): Oh, I just love that cake!

I'm almost finished anyway.

KIDS: Cake!

Wow!

Just look at that cake.

(sneezes) Oh.

Ooh, I guess that's the upside down part.

(giggles) (sighs) Um... you know, Pig, you don't look so good.

To be honest, I am feeling a little sick.

(coughs) I think I might just... lie down for a moment.

Uh-oh.

I have to get Pig to bed.

He's sick.

I guess I'm not going to be able to finish making the food for tonight.

Oh, but, Pig, we can't have a feast without the food.

The feast, ugh... must go on.

But how?

Who's going to make the food?

(quacking) You can do it, Duck.

But... (laughs) (quacking) That's-That's a good one, Pig.

But, see, I don't make the food.

All you need to do is put the right letter in front of each of these, and we'll have lots of delicious food for the feast.

These aren't food words.

The sun is setting.

It's almost time for the feast to begin.

What is everyone supposed to eat?

Oh.

Well, I was just so excited that I was building words, I guess I didn't think about whether they were the right words.

(laughs): Oh!

What are we going to do?

Hmm.

Well, even though these aren't the food words we need, they still rhyme with them.

Yeah, that's what we're doing-- rhyming.

Yes.

Rhyming will help us fix the feast.

(gasps): Then I can help.

(disco music plays) When you say words that sound the same, you're playing a rhyming game.
