Learn to feel the muscles of your abdomen through gentle yoga poses.
patty guides the student through poses designed to contract and lengthen the abdomen. Cat/ Cow warms up the belly with gentle movement and tricep dips energize the core and strengthen the arms. An easy Cobra (Bhujangasana) lengthens the belly. Child’s Pose (Balasana) and Supported Child allow the abdomen to softly contract and feel safe. Corpse Pose (Savasana) ends the session.
