The session moves into a seated twist (Parivrtta Sukhasana) emphasizing the importance of incorporating breath and movement with each posture. Then a transition to a moving bridge (Dvipada Pitham) where you can feel the breath more fully. A reclined twist to energize the spine is next followed by the corpse pose (Savasana) to gently end the session.
