: This session introduces standing poses with Triangle Pose
patty warms up the spine with Sufi Rolls and Spinal Flexion/extension. She brings the student to standing and coaches the Mountain Pose (Tadasana) before transitioning to Triangle Pose (Trikonasana). She ends the session with a Reclined Twist (Jatara Parivrtti) and Corpse Pose (Savasana)
