Learning Extended Side Angle Pose
patty prepares us to open the side waist with Sufi Rolls adding flowing arms to the exercise. She then instructs Cat/ Cow to lengthen and energize the core and spine. The main pose Extended Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvokonasana) is explored with a Reclining Twist (Jatara Parivrtti) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) to release the spine. The session finishes with Corpse Pose (Savasana).
