Here are excerpts from a report written by public health investigators who interviewed teens in Rockdale County. These are drawn from CDC national stats and from Georgia's 1993 statewide survey of children. She was a member of the health team which investigated the syphilis outbreak. She is director of Georgia's Division of Public Health.
