Gunjan Kedia to Join PBS Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, VA; December 10, 2020PBS today announced the election of Gunjan Kedia to serve as a member of its Board of Directors.

Kedia is Vice Chair of U.S. Bank Wealth Management and Investment Services and a member of the U.S. Bank Managing Committee, its senior most leadership group. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2016, Kedia held leadership positions at State Street Financial in Boston, where she served as executive vice president and led the investment servicing business in the Americas; BNY Mellon, where she was head of global product management; and McKinsey & Company, where she was a partner and a core leader of the financial services practice.

Kedia was named to American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Finance 2018, 2019 and 2020 lists, and she is the recipient of the 2018 Carnegie Mellon University Alumni Achievement Award. Kedia is also active in the community and serves as board member for the Board of Business Advisors for Carnegie Mellon Business School, Board of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts, Junior Achievement, CorStone and the U.S. Bank Foundation.

She holds an MBA, with distinction, from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with distinction, from the Delhi School of Engineering.

The 27-person PBS Board includes both Professional Directors, who are station leaders, and General Directors, who serve as lay members of the Board, as well as the PBS President. The PBS Board of Directors is responsible for governing and setting policy for PBS. PBS member stations elect the Professional Directors. The General Directors are elected by the entire Board, as are the PBS President and the Board officers.
