January 17, 2024; Arlington VA – GLAAD, the world’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization, announced the nominees for the 35th GLAAD Media Awards. The nominees recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the LGBTQ community and the issues that affect their lives.  PBS received four nominations including POV in Outstanding Documentary and PBS Digital Studios in Outstanding Online Journalism.  

The 35th Annual GLAAD Media Awards ceremonies will be held in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton on Thursday, March 14 and in New York City at the Hilton Midtown on Saturday, May 11.
