Lucy Dugan is the proud Principal of Traner Middle School, a Title I school. In her first year as principal, Traner improved from a 1-star to a 2-star school for the first time since 2018. She believes education is the greatest gift we can give a child. Lucy's favorite part of her work is building relationships with students, supporting teachers, and partnering with families to help every child.

One thing that I'm incredibly proud of as a principal is One thing that I'm incredibly proud of as a principal is watching my team work really hard increase our test scores, and drastically improving our attendance to take Traner from a one star school last year to a two star school this year.
