To commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, the Historical Society of Cheshire County has launched a new project to research and tell the untold stories of the “BadAss Women of Keene.” These women fought for, won and exercised their voting rights in ways that changed the face of politics in the region.
