Everything is consolidating - the media, the power elite and the weight around my stomach. It is the natural order of things as they age.

Eventually, they will become top heavy and fall of their own over-encumbered weight, but for now we, the consumers, are the ones that suffer.

It wouldn't matter if there were a billion small companies instead of a few large ones. They would all still be trying to be number one by serving the lowest common denominator.

The only thing that will give us diversity in reporting is if American's weren't just a bunch of sheep all heading the same direction while watching the same late night snooze...
