Q Okay. How old are you, Brad?

A Six.

Q Okay. Now, did you ... go to a day care?

A Yes.

Q Do you remember the name of the day care?

A Um, no.

Q Okay. Who was at the day care?

A Ms. Bob - - Mr. Bob.

Q Okay. Was that Little Rascals that you went to?

A Yes.

Q Did you like going to Little Rascals?

A (Shakes head), nope.

Q Okay. Why didn't you like going to Little Rascals?

A It was boring.

Q It was boring. Did anything happen to you at Little Rascals?

A Yep.

Q What happened to you at Little Rascals?

A Um - -

Q Is it hard to talk about, Brad?

A (Nods head).

Q You've got to answer. Is it hard to talk about?

A Yes.

Q Okay. But you have told me some things that happened to you at Little Rascals, haven't you?

A Yep.

Q You've told your mamma, haven't you?

A Yes.

Q And you told your daddy?

A Yes.

Q And Ms. Michelle?

A Yes.

Q And you told Ms. Brenda some things, too, didn't you, the policewoman?

A Yes.

Q Okay. Now - - now we've got to tell the ladies and gentlemen of the jury, don't we?

A Yes.

Q Okay. So can you tell us --even though it's really hard to talk about, can you tell us about the things that happened to you at Little Rascals?

A Um, all right.

Q Okay. Tell us about them. Did some bad things happen to you at Little Rascals?

A Yes.

Q What were the bad things that happened to you? Who - - did somebody do some bad things to you?

A Yes.

Q Who did bad things to you?

A Mr. Bob.

Q Okay. And can you tell the ladies and gentlemen of the jury what Mr. Bob did?

Brad, can you tell us?

A I'm thinking.

Q You're thinking. Brad, did Mr. Bob touch you somewhere?

A (Nods head).

MR. MILLER: Objection.

A Yes.

THE COURT: Overruled.

BY MR. WILLIAMS:

Q Where did Mr. Bob touch you? Brad, what did Mr. Bob touch you with? Brad, let me ask some other Questions. What do you call what I'm pointing to right here?

A Hair.

Q Hair. Okay. And your hair is on your what?

A Head.

Q Okay. And your head is on your what?

A Neck.

Q And your neck is on your what?

A Shoulders.

Q And what's that that comes out of your shoulders?

A Arms.

Q Okay. Now, as you go on down, what's this here?

A Chest.

Q Okay. And what's this?

A Stomach.

Q Okay. And in the middle is there a place called your private parts?

A (Nods head).

Q Okay. What do you call your back privates? What's your name -- what do you call your back privates?

Brad, do you remember in court school, we talked about that when things get tough that what you do is you take a deep breath (indicating). Can you do that? Take a deep breath and that will make you - - clear your head out a little bit, and clear your system out a little bit. So

A Your butt.

Q Your butt, okay. What do you call your front privates?

A Your ding dong.

Q Okay. Now, when you were at Little Rascals did anything happen to your butt?

A (Nods head).

Q What happened to your butt?

A Mr. Bob put his ding dong in it.

Q Okay. Did Mr. Bob put his ding dong anywhere else?

A (Nods head). In my mouth.

Q When Mr. Bob put his ding dong in your mouth, what happened? Did you do something, Brad?

A Yes.

Q What did you do, Brad? Brad, what did it taste like?

A Nasty.

Q Okay. And do you remember telling me that you did something else, too, after he put it in your mouth; what did you do? Did he do something to you while it was in your mouth? Did something come out?

A (Nods head).

Q Okay. And what did you do with the stuff that came out?

A I spit it out.

Q Okay. And Brad, did you have to put your ding dong somewhere?

A No.

Q Okay. Did you tell me that you had put your ding dong in Mr. Bob's mouth?

MR. MILLER: Objection.

A Yes.

THE COURT: Overruled.

BY MR. WILLIAMS:

Q Did you have to do that, Brad?

A Um, no.

Q You did haven't to put your ding dong in his mouth?

A (Shakes head).

Q Did he make you put your ding dong in his mouth?

A (Nods head).

Q Brad, when Mr. Bob put his ding dong in your hiney and put his the ding dong in your mouth and made you put your ding dong in his mouth, how did it make you feel?

A Crazy.
