Millions of children have been out of school since March, but one of the first districts in the nation to bring students back to the classroom during the pandemic is in rural Premont, Texas. A small number of students there returned for a summer session this month and a new school year is planned to start in August. Hari Sreenivasan spoke with Premont superintendent Steve Vanmatre to learn more.
