Epiphany Farms

Clip | 5m 40s

A desire to return restaurants to their roots led to Epiphany Farms in Bloomington.

Ken Myszka’s experiences in culinary school in New York and business school in Las Vegas led him back home to Bloomington. Disheartened by the unsustainability he saw on the strip, he dreamt of a restaurant that would provide good, honest nutrition. He started Epiphany Farms in 2009, opening his first restaurant in 2011. It showcases the connection between the cuisine and the farm on every plate.
