An administrative law Judge at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission says he found no reason to approve extra tariffs on homes with solar power as requested by O G & E. The judge also sharply reduced the public utilities requested rate hike and said its plans to change the way customer’s bills are calculated makes no sense. The full Commission still has to rule on the issues.
