I ask what people were talking about here in the time when the U.S.-led bombing started in Iraq. My friend Mohamed gets the ball rolling: "Many people were saying everything bad about the U.S., of course. Only bad. No one here would defend the U.S. during the war in Iraq. They would shoot him."
