A clutch of four fresh-faced university graduates with degrees in business and pre-med from Cairo University are all eager to tell me their thumbnail theories on how best to go forward in Iraq. For their boyish enthusiasm, they've clearly thought the matter through.
Ahmed Zakria pipes up: "OK, you take the foreign aid that the world is giving and give the contracts to Arabs to supervise the rebuilding of the infrastructure. Then nobody hates the Americans so much like they do today."
