As you walk up, one of the servers will already have spied you. He'll noisily drag a tall, wrought iron tea table toward you, ready to take your order. "Take a seat wherever you like, sir," he'll say if you are a stranger. If he knows you, he might say, "Welcome, my lord! Mr. So-and-so, you are welcomed here as ever! You light this humble place up. Please, come and take your favored seat, sir!"
