On November 4, Californians will vote on Proposition 1, a $7.5 billion water bond measure. If passed, the measure would allocate nearly $3 billion in bond funds to build new water storage facilities. Supporters say it’s needed to protect and boost California’s water supply, but opponents question how much relief it would provide for the one of the worst droughts on record.
