Cross-country skiing may be the ultimate exercise-weight-bearing yet low impact, utilizing every muscle of the body, and demanding skill and coordination. So how is it that tens of thousands of regular people take part in the Birkebeiner Ski marathon each February in Wisconsin? To find out, Mark catches up with the Shattuck family, who's been doing the race together for 25 years.
