 Lynn Tonoli Palmdale, CA
I worked as a Legal Secretary for a prominent family law firm in Beverly Hills for many years. I commuted to work, did crafts in my spare time, raised my family, tinkered with the idea of starting my own business. Then when I began working in an old building in Beverly Hills I began to get ill. The building was infested with black mold and it was running thru the heating and air conditioning system. My system slowly began to break down and I didn't know what was happening to me. I got sicker and sicker as my immune system was broken down. I am now disabled with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, immune problems, had mono, Epstein Barr, etc., etc. I was the primary breadwinner in my home. My husband works in construction and his work is erratic, so my paycheck was the one we depended on and I made a very good living. Now, we struggle from day to day. It is very hard and depressing on top of the illness.
