Pretend your hand is a starfish. Hold it up, with your fingers spread wide. Take your other hand and trace each finger. When you breathe in, trace UP a finger. When you breathe out, trace DOWN. Hold one hand out like a starfish with your fingers spread wide.
Now take your other hand and trace each finger.
When you breathe in, trace up the finger, and when you breathe out, trace down.
Keep doing this with each finger, breathing in and out nice and slow until you've traced your whole hand.
When you're done, switch hands and do it again.
